FREER IN BERLIN #1 - IRL SHOW
on OCTOBER 8 & 9, 2016, at BLENDER STUDIO BERLIN
What is "New Feminity"?
This is the question the 26 artists have answered through their artworks.
For its 1st edition, “FREER IN BERLIN” showcased 26 Artists from around the world, focusing on the theme “New Feminity”. The pieces exhibited explored the reaction to exploitative representation of women and intended to destabilise the power structures surrounding gender and identity.
We received a massive support from the press and the audience. 1500 people came to the show, curious to discover the patchwork of softness and femininity we had created at Blender Studio during a weekend.
