Sylvia Rybak is a 19 year old Berlin-based photographer from Warsaw, Poland.
“I wish to create images that both entertain the viewer and give an insight into the absurdity of the unconscious and dreams. My images are a visual manifesto of what I find beautiful: strong colors, flora, interesting textures – all combined into conceptual photographs. Inspired by Guy Bourdin’s photography, I like to incorporate only isolated body parts into my images, giving them a quirky surrealist touch. In my most recent series, I explored the concept of online personalities and the obsession to create a better, online version of oneself.“
