    b. Regular orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. we prioritize PRE-ORDER campaigns, to minimize waste by producing and shipping the garments only after the Pre-Order campaign concludes.
    c. Unfortunately our platform currently can’t handle multiple ‘pre-orders’ in the same cart. in order to avoid paying shipping twice, when you place two (or more) pre-orders with shipping to the same address, email us so we can assist you and give you a COUPON to grant you free shipping on the additional order/s:
    d. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
    e. Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
    a. We partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order securely and promptly.
    b. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
    c. Please use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you are unavailable to receive the package at your designated delivery address, kindly retrieve it from your local post office. In the event that your package is not picked up from the post office and is returned to us, we regret to inform you that we cannot cover the expenses for reshipment.
    d. Estimated delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and carrier services.
    e. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances or delays beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
    a. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days since you received it.
    b. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    c. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details
    d. Please note that shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, and the shipping has to be trackable – unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
    e. Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges.
    f. In the case of an exchange, any price differences will be handled separately, and shipping fees may apply.
    a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    b. We may request photos or other evidence of the damaged/defective item to facilitate the return process.
    c. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of damaged or defective items.
    d. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and item availability.
    a. You have the option to cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. b. If your order has not been shipped but is already in the process of preparation and we have created your shipping label, the shipping cost will not be refunded.c. In case you have made an error in the shipment details or address, resulting in our inability to ship the order, you may cancel it. However, please note that no refund will be provided.
