Ana Bathe is a self-taught artist from Serbia, currently living and working in Berlin. Her expressive works often take a critical view of political, social and cultural issues, through exploration of gender roles. By simultaneously assuming the roles of the model, make-up artist and photographer, she is able to give her philosophies a visual body that often challenges the perception of beauty and gender.
