Laurence is a 22 years old freelance photographer based in Montreal. She is a photographic phenomenon living in a Pink world, and has yet been mentored by Ivan Shaw (excutive photo director at Vogue). Her works support diversity and explore the themes of femininity, gender identity, softness & color theory.
Shooting since she was 14, she started working around dreamy scenarios through pastel coloured images she could escape to. The importance of colors in her work is extremely strong, almost more important than her subjects.
Although she captures both the male and female body, the concept around feminity is a major inspiration for her. Therefore when she shoots guys, she naturally likes to dress them in feminine clothes. Laurence’s amazing creativity is always guided by her intuitions and emotions.
